Our Design Role
ultimate flip in collaboration with our Design Team give the house the ultimate upgrades needed for new Dallas buyers. After several meetings, Clyde and our design team knew that we needed to pay homage to the structural canvas including restoring the wood-slated ceiling features which falls in line with the new ideal style of “Japandi Style”. Japandi residence in North-East Texas. This residence's interior design and architecture meld together an unison of luxurious materials, refined craftsmanship, and modern design sensibility.
An auxiliarous attention to detail was paramount for this client due to the nature of natural and exotic materials used alongside a cohesive and harmonious monochromatic use of textiles. Throughout this residence, an array of iconic furnishings is a seamless fusion of tranquility and luxury. Each meticulously curated room tells its own captivating story, blending warmth with sophistication using light and dark tones.
