Budget Management: Preparing and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
Team Coordination: Leading the project team, assigning tasks, fostering communication, and resolving conflicts to ensure the team works cohesively.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to the project’s success, developing mitigation strategies, and taking corrective actions when issues arise.
Timeline Monitoring: Keeping the project on track by monitoring progress, adjusting schedules as necessary, and ensuring deadlines are met.

RESIDENTIAL
If you're looking for a designer who is fully dedicated to your property's success, that's exactly what we provide. You'll have a dedicated designer focused on bringing your vision to life, along with a committed project manager whose primary role is managing the schedule and conducting site visits to ensure everything meets your expectations. We strive to keep the process moving smoothly and avoid delays. For construction and design, we take inventory of materials before work begins to prevent long lead times during the demolition and implementation phases.

This fee is separate from the designer fee and applies only to homes 3,000 square feet and under. Currently, this service is not available for commercial or hospitality properties.
Once work begins, we guarantee 4-5 site visits per week, with a minimum of 4-5 hours spent on-site during each visit to ensure that the project progresses as expected.

You'll have a dedicated designer focused on bringing your vision to life, along with a committed project manager whose primary role is managing the schedule and conducting site visits to ensure everything meets your expectations. We strive to keep the process moving smoothly and avoid delays.
