Given the clients’ penchant for entertaining, the design process for this home placed significant emphasis on creating innovative, creative, and inviting gathering spaces.

A striking custom 20-foot floor-to-ceiling aquarium envisioned and designed by Kay Samone takes center stage in the Family Room. Brimming with over 10,000 liters of seawater, it teems with a vibrant array of marine life, including Clownfish, Queen Angelfish, Threadfin Butterflyfish, and Bleeker's Parrotfish, accompanied by meticulously selected corals.

Ascending to the upper level where the Billiards Lounge awaits, lies a range of vintage and contemporary elements blended in effortlessly care that evokes a refined elegance. Adjacent to this space lies a revitalized concealed bar imbued with an artistic touch of mystery. Enhanced by a floor-to-ceiling L-shaped bottle display, it creates a captivating backdrop for pleasurable entertainment.
