Bria Chatman, the design coordinator at K-SAMONE & CO , is the guru behind budget-friendly finds and eclectic styling. Chatman partners up with At Home, Ikea, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Home Depot, and other leading budget-friendly furniture and builder outlets to transition her client’s spaces into a fully furnished backdrop to their personality better known as the “B effect on Budget” or the “B-Friendly effect”.

Chatman has professional experience in hospitality, commercial, and residential, giving her clients the dream team that transitioned their space quite beautifully catered to their style. Chatman’s design creativity and customer equity have been invaluable to K-SAMONE & CO relating to her continued office name of the “on-call designer” for all projects throughout the office including being heavily involved in staging projects and project cost analytics to help bring overall costs down.
